Banking Client Support Specialist

Exceptional candidate with commercial banking experience needed for growing FinTech company that is providing next generation cloud- based products. Client Specialist needed who can analyze and perform root cause analysis for issues on core platforms.
Banking experience is a must!
Person will be part of the triage team and work 11am to 8pm EST (and willing to consider anyone on the west coast where hours would be 8am-5pm PST OR central time with hours of 10am-7pm OR mountain time with hours of 9am-6pm MST).
Combination of Technical knowledge and banking, credit union and/or FinTech experience needed.
Understanding of commercial onboarding and KYB requirements.
Understanding of features like deposit, withdrawal, Online banking, ACH, Wire Processing, Bill Pay, mobile or remote deposit capture.
Strong knowledge or familiarity with operations support or call center technology.
Working directly with client's financial institutions for troubleshooting and problem resolution.
Work with other specialists to make sure SLAs are being met, etc.
