Local growing software technology firm needs a good Technical Writer to be a part of Product Documentation team to ensure that product functionality is well presented so that end users fully comprehend the features of the company's products. You will work closely with other team members and technical groups to build software documentation which is key for the success of the product use.
o Experience required includes 2-4+ years of experience in technical writing!
o Proficiency with latest OS and MS Office products. Content Management System (CMS) experience a huge plus (i.e. MadCap Flare, RoboHelp)!

Product Training Consultant needed for growing company located in western suburbs of Phila. Individual will work closely with Project Managers and executive management for implementation efforts and to help maintain and develop customer relationships during customer training and consulting engagements.
" Coordinate customer training in conjunction with the Project Manager; coordinate tasks to meet and exceed customer expectations.
" Identify focal points for customer training through communication with customer, and prepare training accordingly.

Bachelor's Degree in a related field required coupled with 3+ years' experience utilizing teaching and facilitation skills. 1-2 years of either financial industry or SDLC industry understanding a PLUS!
